Cinderella Hotel Building
This was first of its kind premium luxury hotel in this area. This building was designed by M/S. Chachan & Associates where Er. Gautam Kumar Bhaduri was the structural engineer.
Buddha Park, Ravangla, Sikkim
This landmark structure that attracts tourists from India and all over the world was conceived by PAN architects from Sikkim and the structural design for the same was done by us.
Sikkim Assembly Building
The retrofit consultancy for the Sikkim assembly building was done by us. Evaluation, Assessment and draft proposal for remedial measures were suggested and subsequently vetted by Jadavpur University Industry Institute Partnership Cell.
Gangarampur Stadium
This Stadium is located beside the State Highway 10 near Kaldighi in Gangarampur, West Bengal. It was designed by Er. Gautam Kumar Bhaduri in association with other Architects and Designers.
SJS North Point, Darjeeling
St. Joseph’s School at North Point Darjeeling is an iconic school and the primary school block along with the auditorium had been designed by us.
The structural design had several challenges that our team had overcome. Ar. Kailash Pradhan was the chief architect for this project.
Palm Grove Hotel, Magitar Sikkim
The Palm Grove Hotel at Majitar was also designed by us. Structural design in Sikkim is a challenge as it has high seismicity and slope stability concerns. To make the structure economical we made the use of seismic joints. Ar. Naveen Pradhan was the chief architect for this project.
Samdruptse Statue, Namchi
The Samdruptse statue was one of the first Buddha statues to be built in Sikkim that started a rollout of similar ventures in the region. The skeleton for this landmark was also designed by us.
Gorkha Hill Stadium, Darjeeling
The original structure of the stadium at Lebong in Darjeeling was designed by Er. Gautam Kumar Bhaduri on behalf of DGHC. The project was stalled and then later additions have been made by other agencies.
Composite Melli Checkpost
The composite check post at Melli greets the visitors of Sikkim right at the entrance. Structural design for this building was also carried out by our concern.
