Our company was founded by Er. Gautam Kumar Bhaduri in the year 1984 to provide enhanced engineering design services. From its inception Er. Gautam Kumar Bhaduri was the sole owner until 2007 when it became a partnership venture.
Since then we have been known widely to tackle projects that are difficult to tame. And that has been our niche ever since. Later on in the year 2020, Er. Anwesh Bhaduri joined the firm after his association with L&T EDRC (Engineering Design and Research Centre). With the ever evolving human aspirations to build taller and slender, we with our engineering expertise work hard to fulfill such aspirations. We also delve into infrastructural projects that enable people to explore the unexplored. Not only do we look upwards at the soaring skies but also have a strong foothold on the ground below. Keeping the earth stable so that it’s buildable and our future generations can reap benefits out of it.

After getting his engineering bachelor’s degree along with a few of his engineer friends delved into the world of construction after grabbing a few design and build projects. Initially under the guidance of his engineering professors they successfully designed and build a few Overhead Service Reservoirs in the Jalpaiguri District of West Bengal. This kick started the journey of engineering design. After that he moved to Siliguri where had designed quite a few landmark buildings. Those were the days of manual designs where Calculators and Hand sketches were used to realize structures. Drafting was also done manually. In 1994 when he purchased a computer, he used a program developed by his professor late Dr. Subir Sengupta based on Direct Stiffness Method to analyze building frames. Finally with the advent of Finite Element Method there was a shift to such commercially available packages.

He had undergone his six months industrial training at RSM engineering consultants New Delhi under the guidance of Er. Rajiv Sharma and Er. Hemant Kumar. He was involved in modeling and analysis of a few buildings using advanced engineering programs like ETABS, SAFE and SAP 2000. Also dealt with detailing and performing manual designs and load calculations. Soon after he passed his B.Tech he joined Pioneer Techno Consultant as a design engineer. During his masters course he did his internship at CSI Engineering SoftwarePrivate Limited where he worked on Non-linear Analysis (Pushover and Non-linear Time Integration) using ETABS software.During his Master’s program he worked on linear and non-linear analysis of R.C.C. arches using Applied Element Method. And then after his master’s program he joined L&T Engineering Design and Research Centre (EDRC) where has involved in design of factory buildings and infrastructural units like airports. Later on in 2020 he joined Pioneer Techno Consultant as a partner.
