What we use
Analysis And Design Softwares
We are currently using SAP 2000, ETABS, SAFE and CSi Bridge Modeler developed by Computers and Structures Inc. Berkeley, U.S.A for analysis and design of all types of structures. For slope stability analysis we have Slope developed by Oasys a subsidiary of Arup Group. We also have in-house developed design modules for Reinforced Earth Walls, Retaining Walls, etc.

Cinderella Hotel Building
This was first of its kind premium luxury hotel in this area. This building was designed by M/S. Chachan & Associates where Er. Gautam Kumar Bhaduri was the structural engineer.
Buddha Park, Ravangla, Sikkim
This landmark structure that attracts tourists from India and all over the world was conceived by PAN architects from Sikkim and the structural design for the same was done by us.
Sikkim Assembly Building
The retrofit consultancy for the Sikkim assembly building was done by us. Evaluation, Assessment and draft proposal for remedial measures were suggested and subsequently vetted by Jadavpur University Industry Institute Partnership Cell.
